1. Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Open the app -> Tap Sign Up -> Enter your name, email, and password -> Tap Create Account. You can also sign up using Google or Apple for faster access.

How do I log in?

Open the app -> Enter your email and password -> Tap Login. If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option.

What is the difference between Free and Premium?

Free Plan: Limited features, Ads enabled, Restricted AI usage. Premium Plan: No ads, All features unlocked, Unlimited AI access, Advanced analytics.

2. Using the App

How do I add tasks?

Go to Planner tab -> Tap + button -> Enter task details (time, priority) -> Save

How do I track habits?

Open Habits tab -> Tap Create Habit -> Set frequency and reminders -> Track daily progress

How do I set reminders?

While creating tasks or habits, enable reminders. You will receive notifications at scheduled times.

How do I use the Today dashboard?

The Today tab shows Tasks, Habits, Reminders, Health alerts, and Expenses. You can tap any item to manage it directly.

3. Health Features

How do I add medical details?

Go to Health → Medical Profile -> Enter details like blood group, allergies, etc. -> Save.

How do I upload medical records?

Open Health → Records -> Tap Upload -> Select file or image.

How do medicine reminders work?

Add medicine details and schedule. App will notify you on time. You can mark as 'taken'.

Is my health data secure?

Yes. All medical data is encrypted and protected with app lock/biometric security.

4. Payments & Subscription

How do I upgrade to Premium?

Go to Profile → Upgrade Plan -> Choose Monthly or Yearly -> Complete payment.

What payment methods are supported?

Google Play (Android) and Apple In-App Purchase (iOS).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime through your app store subscription settings.

5. Ads & Rewards (Free Users)

Why am I seeing ads?

Ads are shown to support free users and keep the app running.

What are rewarded ads?

You can watch ads to: Unlock features temporarily, Increase AI usage, Get extra storage.

6. AI Assistant

What can the AI do?

Suggest daily plans, Help build habits, Provide insights, Give reminders.

Why is AI limited?

Free users have usage limits. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited access.

7. Community (If Enabled)

How do I join challenges?

Go to Community tab -> Select a challenge -> Tap Join.

Can I share my progress?

Yes, you can post achievements, streaks, and milestones.

How do I report users?

Open the user profile or post -> Tap Report.

8. Account & Settings

How do I edit my profile?

Go to Profile → Edit Profile -> Update details.

How do I change notifications?

Go to Settings → Notifications -> Customize alerts.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account -> Tap Delete Account.
